33: The second series of this show was some of the best material ever made for TV, as far as I'm concerned. It's a show with intelligence, maturity, and wit - not to mention it's beautifully filmed and acted. I can't stand it when people say it's just 'made for shock' kids TV either.

I'm not part of the fandom or anything, I don't ship or squee very much with this show. I just believe Skins is a wonderful example of how to make really really excellent television.

Bela is so terrible to Dean. I just think after all he's been through, he deserves so much better. I want him to be with a woman who is sweet and kind and will take care of him the way he's had to take care of his family his entire life, not someone who insults him at every opportunity and makes him look like a fool. He deserves SO much more than that.

73. I haven't seen Sky High, but I know what you mean about the X-Men/Spiderman movies. I really loved the older comics for both when I was in middle school, and... well, I know it's stupid to complain about the movies screwing with Marvel series, which already get screwed with a lot in their original medium, but the movies were definitely lacking some of the things that I liked about the comics I read. ... Did that make any sense?
