147. Amen to that. I admit, I originally came to Arashi because of MatsuJun, but it was more because of his dorky lulz-worthy roles than anything. That whole band is composed of amazing levels of dork ass; if only more of them enjoyed them as a silly group of dorky (kind of gay) friends. Honestly, Jun's fangirls really give me the creeps. Rabid, much?

124- I do not do that, but I know people who do. I find it rather cowardly, they do not want to hurt someone's feelings by defriending, so they ignore them instead. Which if I think about, I propably do without a filter to some people. But if you feel that strongly about it and create a filter just to exclude someone, wouldn't it be easier to just defriend them?

138- I like that actress. I think it was an interesting concept. It also was to take place far into his future, where he would emotionally be at a adifferent point. I see it as she may not be a lot different from other companions that he has had, but he will be different. Don't we all change as we age?

What if their love interest isn't even at the RP, and they are there for months and months and maybe even years without 'em? They supposed to not move on and all that, because hell, you should go take that up with all the stuff out there that has Person A moving on from Deceased Person B in a few months to have happily ever after with Person C or something and not the RPers, 'cause that's all over the place. Or if, in the RP, events happened that seperated the characters or maybe made them rethink stuff, then yeah... Buuuut if you just meant the first thing, then disregard all of what I just said.

(Admittedly it's not my favorite series by this author, being her first attempt to write romance rather than sci-fi, but it's nevertheless Lois McMaster Bujold and thus awesome, QED.) I'm also finding that reading this series, and the way she makes it work, makes me really hungry for other age-gap pairings.

.. am I the only person commenting on this secret who sees no problem with calling him Dera? Its like calling Yamamoto 'Yams'. I'm either lazy or making a joke about something. Does it mean something odd in Japanese and I'm just not at the right power level to understand?
Provided they don't, like, have another character start nick-naming him that in an RP or something, I don't see much a problem with shortening a name for shits.

I see no problem with calling him Dera, I do it all the time cos it's shorter and I associate Goku with DBZ and Saiyuki already, I call Yamamoto "Moomoo" (and worse, lawlz).

Also was in an RP that accepted both IC! and OOC! versions of characters, and the OOC!Gokudera called Yamamoto "Moomoo," so IC!Yamamoto decided to nickname him "Derabear." XDDD A+++ WOULD PLAY AGAIN.
