BNF persecution isn't very nice, you know. Jealousy will get you nowhere while leaving your targets hurt and feeling vulnerable just because they dared to like something, talk about it, pour their talent into appreciation, and *gasp* have other people notice. Some people do become famous for being idiots, but most just made good fanworks and/or talked about a show or book they liked with other people who like it. And then they suffer through bashing, forum raids, attempted site hacking, hate mail, hate clubs and other things that they do not deserve.

I admit that I do prefer the Inners to the Outers, but that's because I like strong friendships like the Inners have with one another much more than family bonds like the Outers have.
