149: Oh god I totally agree with like everything. I'm actually wondering if I like made this in my sleep. That's how accurate it is to how I feel.

Because he got me into the game/series, which is how we really met/fell in love to begin with, and since sunflowers were such a strong symbol in the game, they've become meaningful to us personally, and over time they've become symbolic of our relationship, too.

131 - actually, I've seen many comments (and even said this myself) along the lines of "Yeah, I would rather Donna had died." It really was an unforgivably tragic ending, and not the enjoyable kind.

114: Even though I'm from one of the RPs there (pretty sure, unless these characters get failed at even more than I thought), I hear you. I've had a couple instances where I've RPed in an awesome community where 99% of the players are incredible, but ended up in the same fandom/character-group as "that player" and... it really kills the fun. It's happened to me two, three times now, and each time I (and others!) tried to politely explain things like game guidelines, RP courtesy, quality/IC expectations... to no avail, every time. I've sort of given up on trying, and from now on I try to avoid the people who just don't get it and show no signs of wanting to improve, and leave them for the mods to deal with. -A-;

126. I’ll admit that I do not get celebrity fandom. It has never made sense to me. (OT, of course it doesn’t make anyone better than you, but I hardly think you’re a martyr here.) With fictional characters, you are ensconced in their world. You get to know them and draw your own interpretations of their words and actions. All you learn about celebrities is either fluffy nothingness or found in the tabloids. “Celebrity fandom” is pretty much just “fictional celebrity fandom.” You do not know these people. All you know about them is a bunch of media-approved lies. So, ultimately, we like the same thing: these are fictional people.

What’s really weird is how hard we fangirls fall for these guys, both celebrities and fictional characters alike.
