Has anyone else gotten a steroid shot before? I got one in my back today, and I've got shooting pain that's really intense. I hope that means he hit the right spot and this is just normal pain from the shot. But I'm not sure. I've steroid shots in other places that didn't hurt this bad and didn't have shooting pain in the same way.

I've had two cortisone shots. They didn't cause cortisone flare, but they didn't abate my symptoms either. I was warned that cortisone flare would be pretty normal if it did happen, and to take some ibuprofen and rest the hand in that case.

I had one about a month ago and it made my shoulder feel numb at first and then there was pain, but not shooting. You might want to get that looked at?

And which hot celebrities do you think are blah?

Chris Evans (he it a 10 and his public persona makes him a 20 for me). Michael Fassbender. Idris Elba. Matthew Daddario.

Chris Hemsworth is always number one. Also Chris Evans and Chris Pine. Lee Pace.

Chris Pratt is eh to me, even now that he's buffed up. Cumberbatch is eh unless he's wearing his Doctor Strange breed.

Ryan Gosling is meh. James Franco looks like a dude bro. And George Clooney was never hot to me, even when he was younger.

literally everyone popular, in every movie, and gushed about in every celebrity gushing place fandom or not, is "bleh" to me.

with the potential exception of what'sisface who played T'Challa. Chadwick. I was just at a restaurant and the tv was tuned to the Espys and he showed up and my everything went HOT DAMN.

but he's the exception to the rule.

Richard Armitage, yowza. I have this thing for Chris Pratt (and I'm in the minority clearly) that I can't really explain. Don't care for his religiosity and his dudebro personality is a major turnoff but there's just... something... IDK.

I'm into David Harbour, Josh Radnor, Lee Pace, Bradley Whitford, still a bit hot for Tim Roth all these years. Old guys I've had crushes on: John Mahoney (RIP), Roger Daltrey. Kind of getting into Jimmi Simpson and Jon Hamm.

Salma Hayek. She is literally perfect in From Dusk Till Dawn. That is really it for me.

Blahs that I don't really get would be Natalie Dormer and Scarlett Johansson.

I find a lot of the "hot" actresses now blend together for me and don't really stand out.

Cate Blanchet. Bridget Regan. Alyson Hannigan. Karen Gillan. Danai Gurira is my newest celebrity crush. Didn't know I could like bald, but holy crap is she hot in Black Panther and Avengers 3. Warrior women? Yes please.

Missy Elliot. Michelle Rodriguez. Haley Atwell. Helena Bonham-Carter. Katherine Hepburn. Grace Park. Tina Desai.

Uh...all the blondes. Naomi Watts. Blake Lively. Maybe they didn't *start* blonde, but they just seem to become blonde, and they seem pretty interchangeable.
