164 Zazu was awesome. John Clease who voiced John Bob in Princess Swan nearly signed for him, but he liked John Bob better. I was glad in the end, the voice and stiffness of Zazu's character made me giggle with his sarcasm, and want him to be on my side for advice.

179. Ah, I forget her name, but she was so cool. I felt like she was cheated at her death; she said she refused to die until she bit off ammo woman's head, but only nicked her jaw. (I mean, wtf? Why should I feel bad about THAT?) And the line: 'foolish child, how dare you speak that way to a god'; even though I was with Ashitaka, I felt like I would have followed her anywhere.

Very bad idea. I've wanted glasses since I was a kid and I used to think about doing this (but I read that Baby Sitter's Club book where the main character does this and WAS THUS WARNED OF THE DANGERS).

I actually got glasses in January, however. I went down to a lenscrafters-y place, picked the frames, and told them to put non-corrective lenses in. Tell them it's for a play or a costume, and you're fine. they don't even look at you funny.

Bonus? The plain glass lenses don't cost anything, so you're only paying for the frames and you're not fucking up your eyes.

153. Honestly, I think what you're into is way healthier than your earlier affectation. It's actually a transition I see a lot when yaoi fans mature; they stop reading the oft-exploitative-style manga with tiny dickgirls and male fashion models in exchange for works that present a more realistic scenario with what are usually more stable and healthy relationships between characters who can at least pass as men.

Yeah, whatever people, go ahead an give me a snarky reply to my comment. The core of the matter is, most yaoi comics present a traditional, sexist view of romance, only one character is ostensibly male instead of female. The works designed for actual gay men tend to be better at avoiding this problem.

Wait? So reading bara is healthier and "more realistic"? So, replacing the metrosexuals and the impossibly beautiful with just as unrealistic beefy men is somehow more realistic and less explotive? The amount of rape bara title really knock this assumption down. Bara isn't really different than hardcore yaoi except that difference and maybe, maybe the guys act a little more aggressive.

And I'm tired of the bara fans that feel speshul and say all yaoi is filled with tiny dickgirls when you can find yaoi titles without them quite easily.

168. Why enjoy both? Life would be busy but worth it. Hopefully the party scene is your style because it's not for everyone. I went to parties back in college and the majority of them were alright. The worst party I ever went to was this sorority one. Shit sucked hardcore, especially when soros and frats do their stupid steps IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DANCE FLOOR (although the afterparty was fucking awesome). And I went to a couple more and they blew and swore off those forever. So avoid them as much as you can unless they have a rep for good parties.

You probably won't read this because it's on page five million, but ... you make a good point. I never particularly disliked Nnoitora, and I actually enjoyed reading his parts quite a bit - the only bias I have is a dream where he was kicking the shit out of me, but hahaha, that's kinda totally in-character.

I always say that he freaks me out, but I do enjoy his character. His fashion sense, on the other hand, needs some work.

What OTP does he ruin, anyway? I'm curious to know.
