i've only just gotten into the comics – more superman than batman, but you get the idea - because i was dragged into seeing begins and the dark knight. the comics make me appreciate it even more, and want to read and learn more... but the fandom does an incredible job of treating me (and other people like me) like idiots just because we came in on the dark knight train.

i say this after bawling my eyes out after reading superman: peace on earth and worry i'm not allowed to be a fan of anything dc comics related because i didn't get into it back when there weren't live action movies.

This is my OTP for the fandom XD

Neither characters get enough love though.

Also, I know what you mean about Phelps. But I'm not actually sure if that's because I'm just not attracted to him or because, except for being more muscular, Michael literally looks/acts/speaks JUST LIKE my cousin. No, really, the resemblance is crazy.

128 - I didn't even notice the subtext the first time through really, which is weird because I try to find slash (embarrassingly) in just about everything. So yeah, I totally agree. That game was so amazing, it deserves better.

Macross has already shown us that some people don't need a space suit to survive space (icon subject somewhat relevant) - I think the giant stab he got was probably enough to kill him even without being sucked out into an airless void.

However, it was still terribly terribly unfair and I miss him, and we're only one episode past that. :(
