I just really hope they won't be making either of these actual canon in the remake (or keep strictly to the "player choice" where you could get hints of your preferred ship or neither) because I don't ship any of it and don't want one of those sides to have the right to say their ship is ~canon~. They'll do it anyway but still.

Unless I'm wildly misinterpreting the ship, here, isn't the whole point that it's forty-two flavours of messed-up and unhealthy in every direction. Which is all kinds of delicious angsty fun in fic, but IRL? Not so much.

So, uh, I'd be kind of worried if she was either, TBH.

The imagery in the promotions managed to be both gross and really unoriginal at the same time. I'm a horror fan and it put me off.

One thing that bothered me about Wifey was one character in the book is extremely racist and only one other character attempts to call her on her bullshit, and it's a single, very half-assed attempt.
