... but you wouldn't mind if someone else made them for you! As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and I'll try my best to use an appropriate image choice. Er, just to clarify - it's my intention to make all the secrets left in this thread, so even if they're not marked claimed, I will make them. We had a mix-up recently where another secret maker randomly chose a few and we ended up with duplicate secrets, so I'm hoping to avoid that in the future.

I loved RuPaul's Drag Race, until season after season it wore me down and now I can't stand it. They're all immensely talented people, it's just that 90% of them are absolutely horrible people too.

this season finally broke me. I've been less interested since season...7 or 8? but this season I just cannot be arsed. I couldn't even remember anyone's name until about the fifth or sixth episode.

Scott McCall was a pretty bland character. That's not a secret. My secret is that I actually really liked him. His main obstacle in life was that he wasn't very bright and he had to constantly work to overcome that both to be a leader and to try and realise his dreams of being a vet. For me, that was actually pretty refreshing in a male lead character.

Stiles is still my favorite though. XD

I liked him too. Before that Twue Alpha bullshit happened, anyway. Then I hated him.

I didn’t have the opportunity to watch The X Files the first time around. It’s been my latest binge and overall, really do get the love.

But I just got to the wrap-up of what happened to Samantha. I feel so sorry for anyone who had to wait 6-7 years for THAT.

I multiship in my fandom. Each pairing has different nuances and I enjoy the different ways the characters bounce off each other. But there's one character I identify with personality wise. In all the pairings where he's not involved, the relationships are healthy and they enjoy each others company.

Any dynamic I write with him in it instantly turns dark. I struggle to write anyone wanting to be with him romantically.

This is a level of insight as to my own self-loathing that I could have done without.

I made a secret second AO3 account.

I am going to use it for all the stuff I don't really want attached to 'my name'.

Looks like I'm writing A/B/O after all.

As much as I have always loved Mickey Milkovich's relationship with Ian Gallagher and as much as I have always disliked Lip Gallagher as a character, I still lowkey want Mickey and Lip to get shitfaced drunk and makeout.

But the real secret is that I want Lip to get even drunker and makeout with Ian.

There's been discussion in the gaming community that spiders are generic enemies and some people have even called for their removal altogether because of that and apparently they're very triggering to some audiences. While I don't disagree that they are pretty common to the point of being trope-y, I'm still happy that they're around. I love spiders and until I am given games where I can befriend them, I'll just have to settle for being pitted against them. It's now a running joke to question 'if you can pet the dog' in a game but here I am, wanting to pet the super cute ten-foot-tall tarantula.

I really miss being in the Attack on Titan fandom in 2015 and reading all the trans headcanons under the 'everybody lives' tag.

Lady Dimitrescu has inspired the sexiest photoshoots that I have ever seen. God bless, we are so lucky to have both her and her cosplayers.

I've been watching The King's Avatar and it's making me want to get back into eSports. But I think I'm way too old to start back in.

I always find fandom's hatred of Mary-Sue's really ironic considering almost every fandom turns the fandom fave male into a Mary-Sue.

I just read a review of The Nevers that called it too Whedonesque. And I get that given who Whedon has turned out to be, that is supposed to be turn off. But damn it, I still love all his shows and his style of things. So that actually made me more excited than ever.

Like all fandoms the Warrior Cats fandom is terrible and dramatic, but I also think it's one of the coolest fandoms. I love how a large portion of the early fanbase wanted animated content of the books so bad that they learned to animate. It's even cooler that new and young fans are so inspired by the older fan content that many of them learn to animate too.

i stopped caring about stan twitter teens calling some random celeb out for some dumb thing they said ages ago when i saw them also clinging to their problematic comfort shows & ignoring all the bad stuff in it. like come on. you can just like stuff or not, it's okay. there's no need to pick fights on twitter about it.

Nothing will ever be funnier to me than other M/M fans trying to argue how their preferred top/bottom set-up is 'woke'. It's porn! There's nothing progressive about it, just write whatever you're into because you like it and call it a day.

I received a Creepy Crawlers Workshop for a birthday gift as a kid and thought it was like an Easy Bake Oven.

It was in fact not like an Easy Bake Oven. Decades later I can still taste those plastic goop worms.

I send fandom memes to my non-fandom spouse. They enjoy them, but mostly they enjoy how passionately I enjoy them. I'm about *thiiiiiis* close to sending them fanfiction I love.

The problem is I don't actually want them to get involved, i neither want them to feel obligated nor do I want rl fandom friends. I just want them to get all the jokes I make about fic.

Much as I like the look of it so far, I hope the drama Immortality doesn't actually air very soon. I want to enjoy the fandom as long as I can before antis who only watched the (highly sanitized) show start to drag their crusty asses all over the novel and its ~problematic~ content.

Upon shuffling through my thoughts during a sleepless night I came to a realization about what bothers me so much about antis.

The most ardent and hardcore antis only like to protect people (fictional characters) who can't speak and can't disagree with the way they treat them.

If you're a real person ,even a minor, who does something they don't like or critcizes their logic, they'll brand you as a predator, enabler or toxic/problematic. Even as they talk about protecting victims of abuse and csa, the moment you as a victim critcize them or dare to not fit their mold of acceptable behavior , they're fine being absolutely vicious to you.

Anti-ness is the most shallow and obvious example of performative ally ship/support. The moment you're not a convienient and silent victim for them to use , you're no better than scum to them.

I wish the PRNS fandom werent all cowards so that we could have all the fic of Cam Watanabe being railed by the young versions of his father and uncle.
It's not my fault he has the most chemistry with people he's related to

I used to think that a lot of my kinks grew after being recurring tropes in kids shows.

Now I realize that a good portion of my kinks are tropes that almost exclusively occur in kids shows.

(Ridiculous but effective forms of brainwashing? Having your powers/soul/etc ripped out by the big bad? Mmmm fantastic. Sadly, shows made for an adult audience take themselves too seriously to play this straight no matter how much I want them too)

As a person who does not like the MCU version of Cap America, I feel like I should be smug about his recent (perceived) implicated character assassinations in TFATWS, but I'm actually sad because I think if the character himself had been given an actual character arc, with thematic personal conflict, instead of some vague themes and "this is what america should be, right?" branding, it'd be much harder to disppoint his fans like this without the Endgame!Russos and these Second Stage writers going "hmm, maybe not". And I'd love him which I really wanted.
