The Dude Von Doom ultimately shut the thread down in response to the drawfag rendition of the "Rorschach accidentally a Coca Cola bottle" post and some other post about how they can't wait for new fans to bring them even more material, even though they'll "ruin" the fandom.

While /pco/'s really free-for-all in terms of content, judging by the tone of the locking post, the mods were just plain sick of it. '_';

142. In a way, I'm glad too. The first 6 /pco/ threads were great with some pretty humorous shit in them, but the rest of the threads just kept getting worse as time went by. There were some good fics too, but they were few and far between, buried in the countless "LOL RORY'S GETTIN RAPED AND LEIKS IT" fics.

I mean, those threads were fucking funny at one point, but after a while, they were beginning to make me cringe quite a bit. I can't blame Dude Von Doom, really. Any feared attempt of underageb&/Mary Sues/hipsters "ruining" Watchmen was out-done with flying colors by those last 8 threads IMO. And whoever wrote that 'Rorschach accidentally a Coca-Cola bottle' bit that ultimately derailed the thread...I love you. <3

155. Densha's a wonderful comic and it's a shame it's not looked at too often. What makes it even better is that it was (supposedly) based off real events. The story really beats out the rabble of nerd-fantasy comics Japan's been spewing out. Really shows you can find someone special through progress and improvement. :)

I only saw the two last Watchmen threads. I think they were doing it in purpose, trying to be as gross as possible, most of the posters there I reckon are old school fans of the graphic novel, trying to poison the well so to speak, make the fandom repulsive to all the newbie movie fans. It's their own little puddle and those ignorant who came to fandom via the movie can't play! You know, four-year-olds having a hissy fit -style

124) That's one of the best music games I've played. Whenever I recommend it though, the excuses I get are that it's hard to find (both the PSP and PS2 versions). As for being "weird," if your friends can play Ouendan/EBA, they can definitely play this.

I like Hetalia, and I still read most of its secrets here. Except for the boring ones that seem to play out like ping pong battles between the fans and haters. Which is roughly 3/4 of them.

104 - I agree pretty hardcore about Eames/Goren. I want them together 500000x more than I want Olivia and Stabler together.

105 - I ended up abandoning Geass as I couldn't deal with the fanservice anymore, but I read up on how it ended, etc. I have to agree. He's such a ridiculously tragic character. Basically everything is taken away from him, he creates himself as something the world can unite against and has his best friend kill him as both penance for his gift (and the things he subsequently did with it) and to unite everyone. Honorable and depressing. Poor 17 year old little Lulu.
