Ahh! Is that Jenna Moreci? Yeah, her youtube persona is kind of annoying, even if a lot of her advice is solid. I was surprised to see how critical her books' reviews on Goodreads were.

I suspect that if you set yourself up as the goodest of riters and then your book is mediocre then a lot of readers/reviewers are going to judge your work by a harsher standard than if you were just A. Nonny Mouse, rando writer.
