Jup. Also, real life people grow up. I'm an adult now but I still like Digimon almost as much as I did when I was the characters' age. Ofc I also still ship my ships, just that if I was reading fics now, I'd probably look for ones where the characters are older.

Hahah, this reminds me of back when my s/o and I met, and we RPed this one pairing that we referred to as "the sexy old men" because they were older than us, and everyone else in the cast was younger than us, including a bunch of teenagers.

I still think of them as "the sexy old men" and they're 15 years younger than us now. XD
