thanks everyone for the tips and such, i've definitely gotten better at finding stuff i like even though stuff i LIKE versus just find mildly interesting is still hard. but i'm having fun!

i even found one fic i absolutely loved and i remembered the trick with going into that person's bookmarks and such. it was an orphan account. excuse me while i scream

As one of the many anons who recommended checking the bookmarks-- yay!!! It's such a great way to find things -- people even maje collections sometimes of stories they've liked etc. So I hope you keep having fun. But the whole process is essentially divvying up the wheat from the chaff. Scouring a sewer for jewels. And it's the worst feeling when you find out it's an orphaned fic!!! so painful to know you'll never have more! So my condolences lol. T.T

Recently a Facebook group I'm in posted a screenshot of a review for a Wii sensor bar that was like "Good mouth feel! I enjoyed it so much my parents had to buy me another one!" and with it was submitted a picture of a rabbit sitting next to a pile of tiny pieces of wire.

That's the one I remember most recently, anyway. :D

I like doing mine as soon as all my paperwork comes in. I use TurboTax, but I won’t be able to do them for free through them this year, so I’m gonna look for other options.

As soon as I get my papers I have always made a habit to set them aside to do as soon as I can get the 1040 forms and whatnot...

...And then ended up the night before the deadline driving all over town trying to find somewhere that has them.

So I started doing them online a few years back so I don't need to acquire paper forms! ...And I still set them aside, then the day before the deadline am trying to remember where I set them aside. At least it only takes like 10 minutes since one adult, one job, no dependents.

Hey, F!S, does anyone have recs? At this point I am trying for all fandoms. Looking for slash, without teenagers as a main characters/couple. Maybe not necessarily a case fic, but heavy on plot with some action/mystery. Fav dynamic is rivals/annoyances to lovers. Or established relationships.
