I found out that a YouTuber I really enjoy probably has some social views that are very objectionable to me. It isn't clear cut, but enough to just make me uncomfortable.

Ugh, that sucks. I like her videos.

I have the same problem with finding out the same thing about authors whose books I genuinely liked (tho, for one the twist in her recent-ish novel should have maybe tipped me off).

Broke my phone's screen really badly literally 6 hours before the case and screen protector was due to come in the mail.

Literally wound up crying over it, which was embarrassing. Like, two weeks ago I got mugged and they took my phone, I'm still waiting for my debit card and new ID to come in the mail, I got a phone that's the same model (that's not made anymore) so had to wait a while for the 1 company who still makes that kind of phone case to send it in the mail. I've been so ridiculously careful for the last week and a half, and literally less than 6 hours before it would be safe I dropped it in the kitchen while making lunch. This just feels like the last straw, I'm embarrassingly upset by this one little thing, and I haven't managed to get up the energy to look into getting it fixed yet.

That kind of thing can absolutely send me in an awful direction. It probably doesn't make it feel any less embarrassing to you, but I can honestly say I would 100% have cried too.

My ex’s birthday was this week and for the first time in 10 years, I didn’t notice. I should be glad, it’s been so long, but part of me still doesn’t want to get over the best thing that’s ever happened to me.

And when I went to the grocery store to buy banana bread, I found out they had started putting nuts on it. I don’t want nuts. I just want banana bread.

I seriously like Pizza Hut, like I get something from there two to three times a month, and I'm upset about it too. Their Spicy Lovers pizzas are amazing, though.

I ordered a cardboard couch-shaped scratcher for my cat. It is much smaller than pictured. She still is enjoying it, but it doesn't have the stability it was supposed to have, so it moves around as she uses it. I think they ran out of the model I ordered and sent a different one.

Similarly, my favorite instant coffee apparently got discontinued a few months back. Fortunately I'd stocked up not long before, but I am more than halfway through my final jar and have yet to find anything similar in both taste and texture and so I'm dreading having to switch to something that's just not as good. :/

(Also not so recently but ongoing - it's so freaking hard to just find white grapefruit juice, or white grapefruit so I can squeeze my own. Red/pink grapefruit is too sweet for me, and causes my intestinal weirdness to act up, so I suspect it has a higher fructose content.)

Went to have passport photos taken, they turned out absolutely atrocious but I was too cowardly to say anything. Ended up crying in my car.

I want to buy something from Japan, but the site doesn't ship internationally, so I'd have to use a proxy. I got a couple of quotes to see how much it would cost and the total would be triple what the item costs, so I won't be getting it and I'm feeling kinda bummed about it.

Oh man, I have no love for Pizza Hut, but favorite prepared foods going poof when they aren't made anymore sucks. Sorry, anon.

I've been a lump on the couch all day and got nothing whatsoever done, just read fanfic. I need to get up and at least go for a walk, but my executive dysfunction would rather I grow a taproot out my ass.

My favorite Twitch streamer had a VOD I was going to rewatch, only to find out the time was up for it, and now it’s gone. He hasn’t used his YouTube channel for years, and has only expressed interest in uploading his saved VODs to it once forever ago, but never followed through. So for who knows however long, and possibly forever, that VOD and others like it are gone off of the internet. At least I got to watch it once.

But I didn’t manage to catch his streams of the earlier games in the series he’s playing through(Castlevania) before they were gone, so that’s even more reason I hope he uploads them to YouTube some day. YouTube and places like it have spoiled me on being able to rewatch videos as many times as I want(as long as they haven’t been taken down, of course) to the point where I get sad that VODs on Twitch aren’t archived there forever.

The grocery store in my area isn't selling the real sugar store brand soda anymore. :( If you want pop without corn syrup you've got to buy one of the craft brands that only come in four packs and are super expensive.
