I always disliked Sasuke, I'm not sure if that's as much of an unpopular stance as it was when the show was airing but I still hate the bugger and hated that Sakura got lumped with him. She didn't deserve that.

I never hated Tony but I did get tired of him taking over the spot light in any movie he appeared in. I got why he is loved: he was snarky and RDJ played him well, but that didn't stop me from becoming fatigued with his character over time.

I never liked Stiles as much as the rest of TW fandom seemed to, again like Tony it was me getting fatigued with the 'quippy' character-type over time. I seem to have a patience limit with those kinds of characters and eventually it hits zero and I never want to see them again(or at least only see them minimally).

Similarly: Jaskier. My god he annoys the ever loving shit out of me and I was so happy he was barely in s2. I know he won't go away but I will continue to tune him out so I can enjoy the characters I like.

I agree with the others, but I am so with you on Sasuke!

Right there with you on Tony, and being very, very tired of him taking over every movie he was in. I also didn't like his actions in Civil War and Far From Home. The behavior of his fans did not help, especially that contingent that gets incredibly nasty and personally insulting towards anyone who disagrees with them.

I feel the same way about Steve, especially as far as not liking his actions in Civil War, and he has some obnoxious fans too. But Tony stans could get super annoying and needlessly insulting and immature, so I get you.

And I do also understand the problem with putting Tony in too many films, which wasn’t a “both sides” problem that Steve shared.

As an aside, did you mean Tony’s actions in Homecoming? Because he was already dead before Far From Home, and thus only in the movie in flashbacks. Or did you mean his actions as far as the Edith thing he did prior to the movie, but obviously had very bad results that should have been easy for anyone to predict(especially a genius) for the movie?

The Edith thing.

Got it. I agree with that.

I liked Sasuke in the earlier chapters. Then he got worse while Sakura got somewhat better, but in the end, they're both bad characters in different ways. I used to defend Sakura when other fans said she was useless early on, but they were right. She didn't add anything to the series. At least Sasuke did.

I still like Sakura, but I admit it’s in spite of her being a legitimately badly written character.
