... but you wouldn't mind if someone else made them for you! As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and I'll try my best to use an appropriate image choice. Just to clarify - it's my intention to make all the secrets left in this thread, so even if they're not marked claimed, they will be made.

I'll monitor this thread until tomorrow's secret post goes up, so feel free to leave your comments until then!

I used to ship all kinds of pairings in all kinds of fandoms. These days, though, I don't actively ship anything I don't want to read smut about. Which means no cartoon ships, no underage ships, and only a few het ships since I mostly want to read slash/femslash smut.

There really needs to be more media where characters have pets. Especially if these pets at least appear to be wild animals/monsters, but are loved and love their person. I can't get enough of this trope. I think I've been in love with it since I first saw Aladdin.

I wish there were more villain-centric movies/adaptions that actually kept the character a villain and didn't justify everything they did. Less Wicked/Maleficent/Cruella please and more straight up villain movies (or tv shows).

Fandom is UK sitcom Desmond's.

It is the British version of The Cosby Show, only more Working Class and without the... y'know. Norman Beaton was a true treasure and a tragic loss when he died too soon.

My fitness inspiration song is Roy Castle's "Dedication" from the old tv show "Record Breakers". S!B Who even remembers that? It is half jazz trumpet, half middled-aged white man doing an attempt at rap. Still, Dedication, That's What You Need.

I'll never forget there was an old Space 1999 episode called The Rules of Luton, which was named after the UK town. I'll never forget it because every time our dad drove past the sign to Luton, he'd go "looks like we're going into space." I miss you dad, and your jokes.

As part of learning to cook, I watched the movie Mistress of Spices. It has very little to do with cooking, but I still liked it. It was a sweet little movie, I'm glad I watched it even though it is only tangentially related at best to what I was trying to learn. I'm not sold on the black pepper tea though.

I love Farscape, they always had the best weirdest aliens. CGI might be very fancy and flash, but you just can't beat a proper animatronic to give you something utterly alien.

Had a nightmare about having to write one of my biggest notps for a fic exchange... not sure what that says about me that this was my literal nightmare last night. Also not sure what it says about me that in said nightmare, I had a damn good story. Wish I could remember it, because I know I was thinking 'if this was gen I would be proud of it'.

American Wrestling is awesome high energy matches, with musclebound monsters screaming at each other. British Wrestling was two fat blokes wobbling towards each other. Easy to see why one succeeded and the other failed. Shout out to the people old enough to remember Big Daddy vs Giant Haystacks feuds.

The best way to describe New Tricks is "The Golden Girls for Men, and they are also cops". I think some episodes were more invested in Gerry's love life than the murder they were supposed to be investigating.

As a kid I loved the genre of children's lit that can be best described as Child Runaways Who Live Off The Land and Their Wits. I think my favourite was a tie between "My Side of the Mountain" and Victor Canning's "The Runaways". Different takes on the same genre. There really has to be a snappier name for that genre though.

For most people their favourite memory of the late Jon Pertwee is either Doctor Who or Worzel Gummidge. I did love him in both, but my treasured memory of him is his incredible voice artist work playing the lovable schemer Chief Petty Officer Pertwee in the radio comedy The Navy Lark. B!S: When they adapted it into a movie they refused to hire the lead actor from the radio show, Dennis Price, because he was gay and out, so Jon Pertwee personally organised a boycott and all the rest of the radio cast, bar one, refused to do it too. The movie bombed with the new actors.

I wanna know if the duck in Chuckie Egg is a giant, or the player character is just hella small. I hope it is the former, and a sign that in the world of Chuckie Egg they've solved world hunger via giant duck eggs.

I really loved the character of Mister Deadly from Archer 1999, I think he is one of the tope ten ever Sci-Fi characters.

I really wish that DC would let the Batman movies lean back into the camp underpinnings of the character instead of ever more darker stories. Silver Age Batman was the best Batman.

I unfollow people as soon as they start posting about their children because what usually happens is they stop posting about whatever it is that I originally followed them for and just post about their kids and journey into parenthood.

Everyone in my fandom always makes cryptic posts about drama caused by other fans and how annoying it is, but I can never find the drama they're talking about and I really want to know what it is because I love me some fandom drama. This has happened to me in multiple fandoms, so I wonder if it's a case of me not being active enough, not following enough people, or something else entirely.

I can't help but think show!Wheel of Time would have a bigger fandom if there were more prominent shippable men.
Sure there's Rand and Mat, but Rand is pretty obnoxiously stuck on Egwene, and Mat is "problematic".
Of course, I'd be annoyed by fandom if they overfocused on male characters AGAIN, but at least there would be more content.

I love reading fanfic that features crack pairings the best. I find that it often has more creative writing to pull it off well since you'd need more buildup to make it believable.
