Secretly reveling that the abusers in my childhood all got their spouses and offspring (outside of me) COVID.

Silent signal to me that yeah, I was right to distance myself from my family. They can only think about themselves. They don't even care that they caught COVID and continued to breathe in the same spaces as the people who live with them up until they get everyone close them COVID too. I know it's inevitable that I will likely catch it one day, but fuck, just hearing how these family members ran around when they heard news that they came into contact with someone who tested positive 🙄 they're so "well I won't catch it" until they test positive a few days later.

I might get work off tomorrow yay!!
