What will they do if you don't hand it in? My workplace does do exit interviews and we do ask for sexuality/race/gender identity etc if you're leaving in case it's because of discrimination (if all the lesbians leave a team we want to make sure it's not because their boss is gross and they're scared to tell us), but honestly most people don't even bother to fill it out.

AYRT - Well, since my job is related to public administration it will seem like I abandoned it and will suffer legal sanctions, maybe go to jail which I certainly would love to avoid. So I am handing it.

Still sounds weird to me that you wouldn't expect someone to just say "I am quitting because my boss is a nasty homophobe" but would expect them to write down their gender identity and sexual orientation so you will have it on an archive forever lol.

NAYRT, but there’s a lot of ground to cover between Out and Ready to go on record with a discrimination complaint, particularly depending on the geographical location and the industry.

AYRT - Well this is only because people are afraid of doing what is right. Which I am not afraid of. In other words: if I knew I was going to be discriminated against anyway I would fill ten discrimination complaints, one for each instance of discrimination and no fucking human scum alive would stop me. *shrug* if I am gonna be screwed might as well go all the way.
