AYRT - But really, still sounds dumb as f. If they are losing too many women employees then... just make statistics based on the good old "gender" field? It's not that hard. "They want to know if there's discrimination against the LGBT+ in the workplace" well then instead of asking, if there are suspicions, isn't it better to just lecture people instead of... exposing them, if you really want to protect them? Nah fam. Not buying it.
