I have never tried it, but honey warmed up to body temperature does get pretty slick compared to room temp, so I suspect it would work better than most people are thinking.

Except a) the clean-up OMG, and b) don't put hygroscopic sugar up there!!! (although tbh up the ass is probably ok-ish, just don't let it get up the penis. Or vag.)

The high sugar content of Honey means it will always be sticky no matter what the temperature. Sticky is the complete opposite of what you want a lubricant for.
