Of paramount import, in any media. I have DVD box sets of tv shows I bought before they were over that I can't watch because it's too upsetting for me that they ruined the ending. I don't watch or read anything anymore until it's done and I know the ending isn't going to ruin the whole thing for me. I've been burned too many times.

Most procedurals are copaganda, so I don't watch those anyway. But yes, I don't watch tv shows that are still open canon.

Not all procedurals are police procedurals, stuff like medical shows count as procedurals too
