... but you wouldn't mind if someone else made them for you! As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and I'll try my best to use an appropriate image choice. Just to clarify - it's my intention to make all the secrets left in this thread, so even if they're not marked claimed, they will be made.

I'll monitor this thread until tomorrow's secret post goes up, so feel free to leave your comments until then!

I hate that they've brought Zeb into The Mandalorian. I hate it because it invalidates all my fluff-fics about him and Kallus settling down and having babies together. They are supposed to be growing sunflowers and running a hot-chocolate cafe on Lira-san, Sithdammit.

When written properly, Batman is even more of a paragon than Superman. It pains me that so few writers put the effort into writing him like that though.

I find it insulting when TV shows and movies have a cop as their token gay person. The cops are still carrying out gaybashings in my country; positioning them as allies or part of our community is just an insult when they are still killing us. #NoPoliceAtPride!

I just want animated characters to look like actual people again instead of superdeformed blobs or noodle armed freaks, is that too much to ask? Apparently it is.

I'd just like LGBT kids show characters to be able to come out of the closet BEFORE the series finale. It is like they hold it back to the last episode ever just so they don't have to deal with the fundies screaming at them or consequences thereof.

I seldom answer in secret threads because weekday posts go live in the middle of the night for my timezone and chances that the secrets you make from my comments crop up on weekend posts instead are low, but I do appreciate your contribution!

Thank you Endeavour for being such a great show, and teaching me to give things a chance before dismissing them. When they first announced a Morse prequel series I was so dismissive of it; initially I watched it just to take the piss out of it, but I fell in love with the show and the characters all over again. So, thank you.

Fandom is architecture and design: My spicy hot take is that I like Brutalist designs. It only gets a bad rep because the English goverments, as fucking always, cheaped out on the materials and upkeep when they did it. At least it makes a change from Faux-Gothic and Mock-bloody-Tudor. Alison Smithson forever!

The Mandalorian S3: "I'll pressurize my helmet and seal you in your pod so we can go out there". I swear, some of the dialogue in this show is clunky, even by Star Wars standards, it seems like it only exists to stop nerds posting Headscratchers entries about it on Tvtropes.

The versions of The Doctor in Doctor Who come in two varieties:
1. Forceful and domineering.
or
2. Weird and comedic.

How come so few Who fans seem to realize that it is the weird and goofy ones which have the highest body counts and really fuck their opponents shit up?

I just think it's wrong when there's a canon with demonic possession but there isn't fic where one person from my OTP gets possessed and mean and has possessed sex with the other person from my OTP. I just think it's not right.

The straightforward delivery of Fascinating Horror's videos has turned me into a snob when it comes to disaster reporting.

To me, no other documentary outfit comes close.

I think Daria fanfic has some of the best OC's around.

(Personally, my favorites are a bit more obscure than the more well known OC fics. I'll re-read The Rest of My Damn Life series 100 times before re-reading Falling into College.)

I think people should write self-insert mary-sue fics. I've no interest in reading any, but I think it's good for the authors. Join your favorite setting! Bang your favorite character! Have fun with fictional worlds!
And those who complain can go write their own. Maybe it'll help them unwind a little.

I've been getting into algodoo marble races on youtube lately and... I've developed a real dislike for the rainbow marble which... it's a dot on the screen... it's the stupidest "character" I've ever hated on... it just makes me dizzy to look at... but I get so irrationally annoyed when it does well

I kind of hate-ship Stede and Izzy. Separately, they're both so awkward that together they'd throw out an orb of pure, unadulterated second-hand embarrassment that would level nations. It's fascinating and horrible, and I can't get it out of my head.

Forget rebooting beloved franchises, why is no one taking advantage of the nostalgia boom and rebooting franchises that never got off the ground? Think about it: you can still play off the name recognition, but most people's standards will start out lower if you're rebooting Dark Skies instead of X-Files.

All of which is to say, bring on the Cleopatra 2525 revival!
