They absolutely exist, and as other anons pointed out people do that shit with government aid and stuff too. But they're just not a huge deal? Yes, they're gross. Yeah, it sucks when they try and spread and justify their bullshit beliefs. And it sucks when they hurt people.

But just keep not being friends with or dating them and you should be fine. Assholes gonna asshole; ignore them. Flip them off if you absolutely must.
