^An examination of the timelines in the books and how in many ways it actually doesn't make sense for Anne's kids to be in WWI.

(I agree about the later books, btw. I usually stop at Anne of the Island or Anne's House of Dreams at the latest. My mom adores Rainbow Valley but at that point I'm over it. I care about Anne, not her kids.)

Hell, anyone who fucking thinks they're above the rules and doesn't see a problem with their behavior. People who live by "asking forgiveness before asking permission" when their actions affect other people really show their privilege and it pisses me off.

honestly, i agree if only because they're never very interesting. focusing on athena doesn't bore me.

Don't even watch the show but I agree bc fuck Rob Lowe, he's just not a good actor, he makes everything he's in worse and I hate having to see him on screen

Supposedly the series is better. The comic is even worse, by what I read of the outline.

Rob Lowe is super-famous and will always be a star because he was such a big celebrity in the 80s even though he hasn't really carried a hit in about 30 years

I'll still watch Marvel movies, but I'm very selective about which ones now. At this point, the main one I still have an interest in is Thunderbolts and maybe Fantastic Four, depending on what they do with it.

Seriously . I've also had someone approach me about writing their memoir which. I was less annoyed by and more just kinda stunned and honestly very intimidated bc I normally have a hard time saying no to that kind of thing.

At one point I even sought out a ghostwriter bc ADHD was just kicking my ass .
I gave the guy the site I used for ghostwriting bc memoirs are more that kind of thing . I just personally can't understand going to a fandom nerd fantasy writer coworker and being like "hey can you ghostwrite my memoir?"

there are a LOT of things I love about the SF bay area where I live but a LOT of people here are VERY coffee-obsessed.

But he was in two fairly successful and acclaimed ensemble TV series, The West Wing and Parks and Rec. I would say those have helped keep him in the spotlight.

honestly it feels like people like that don't really value writing? like they think it's a time issue for them not a skill issue where if you want something done well you'd ask people who already do it. i think that's what annoys me (and then some people get upset when you talk about payment like you were supposed to do it for cheap or free!). it feels so dismissive imo
