Which shows have you sort of enjoyd but always wished were as good as they SHOULD have been.

I mean, Bones was awesome until it wasn't. And the same with House. I with the quality had remained good and the characters hadn't been ruined.

And, okay, I enjoyed Rings of Power. But it could have been so much better. It is Middle Earth, so I'll enjoy it. And I think it was better than a lot of people think. But it could have been so much better. There were just a lot of missteps that could have been avoided.

Teen Wolf. I feel like it had real potential and did some interesting things but also was total incompetent trash.

Dark Matter

I thought it had some great aspects and characters and a few I could have done without. And then things got pretty messy and didn’t get the chance to fulfill its potential.

I'm probably showing my age here, but SGA, Highlander, The Sentinel, Torchwood.

Enterprise. As much as I had enjoyed watching the show in my teens - it could have been so much better than it was and if Rick Berman didn't have anything to do with Star Trek (and yes I know he's responsible for the shows we did get, let me just dream in my fantasy world fueled by fanfics dammit).

Supernatural. I liked the idea of two brothers hunting demons and monsters, and I liked the slightly X-Files(ish) feel of the early episodes. I don't care about the whole heaven/hell/angels stuff, and no offense to Misha Collins who seems nice enough, I don't care about Destiel. Or any ship, really. I just wanted a slightly dark monster hunting adventure with some sarcastic humor.

Or if you don't make stuff, what was the last fanwork you saw that you really liked? (like a meme, gif, fanart, fanfic, edit, etc...)

Last thing I wrote was a short Fingon and Maedhros fic for a gift fest. Last thing I wrote that wasn't for a fest was a Sauron/Celebrimbor darkfic.

I don't make much fandom stuff, though I did once crochet Bill from Animal Crossing for my BIL!

Completed a friendship fic. But in retrospect I planted a few seeds for romance.

Some Transformers fanart, but I'm not going to post it anywhere. I haven't bothered to publish anything I've made for a while.

It was the 2 year anniversary of In Space with Markiplier and made fanart for it :)

Also saw a multi-fandom animation from 14 years ago by an artist I use to follow on Deviantart forever ago and felt so much nostalgia.

We are having another (forecasted) rainy weekend with chances of flooding. Thankfully, no major storms seem to be on the horizon. So I'll mostly be chilling, gaming, and crocheting.

Nothing. Nada. Zip, zero, not a damn thing. And I’m so incredibly happy about it cause I need some rest!

We are also expecting rain! But just normal showers, no flooding. I may go out before it starts and spread some flower seeds in my chaos garden, but I'll see how I feel in the morning.

The other thread made me think about this because Sentinel was mentioned and I'm kind of surprised that show has never had a reboot.

But what show are you surprised hasn't had a reboot? And what show would you pick to get a new version/reboot of?
