Oh no, you're very sheltered if you think everyone else is looking at the USA and thinking we're the only ones this crazy when it comes to politics. I have online friends from all over the world who complain about their countries' politics batshittery all the time.

Also, I read the news and can see it for myself. As can you, if you get out of your jingoistic echo chamber.

Fine, but do they describe themselves or others by their political party? Do they put political stickers on their cars? It's a US thing only. I think I was clear enough about that with my tory excample.
I never said that no one else in the World is interested in politics.
If I'm wrong then go ahead and name the country.

The two major parties are very distinct groups with specific beliefs. Describing someone by political party is just easy shorthand to convey what someone's general beliefs are in a situation where it's relevant but you don't want to have to spend a lot of time explaining things in detail. I'm not sure why it bothers you so much.

People in the US also put stickers on their cars of bands, sports teams, US states, national parks, animals, etc. I don't see what relevance it has.

There's a lot to complain about in the politics of other countries and the bad governments, but in a lot of places, people aren't trying to hold other random citizens responsible for the bullshit politicians do.
