Apart from that one episode, right at the start with the evil trampoline, EcclesDoc doesn't do anything. That is the problem with his run.

I liked Eccelston as the Doctor and for all its flaws I liked a lot of episodes with Matt Smith (still love the Vincent van Gogh episode and the lizard lesbian and her wife <3)

Also the best thing I liked about Twelve's era was Bill. She had good chemistry with him as a companion and was a whole lot gayer than Chibnall's half-arsed attempt at Yas x Thirteen.

I would honestly like Ten's era more is Martha was written better. She was a good character that RTD wasted for the most part.

I understood the need for a rebound companion after Rose, although Rose's departure was far too long delayed and overwrought, but I think it sucked hairy goat balls that they gave that storyline to a black actor. RTD is just racially clueless, even by a British male's standards.

I don't know about that. She was among the smartest of the companions, completely self-possessed, and unwilling to be someone's rebound. She knew her worth, and when the Doctor didn't appear to see it, she rightly took off. I think that's a perfectly fine role for a Black woman.

That's fine, you're entitled to your incorrect opinion. Eccelston was the best Who, with Tenant second. The rest has been kinda crap, though. At least up tot he point I gave up, a few episodes into Capaldi's run.

Those of us who love Doctor Who because it becomes a new show every few years ought to be the last people to get surprised and angry when someone only likes one of them

While my favorite era of New-Who is the 9 and 10 doctor's era, I disagree with the tone of this secret as well as with the idea that the rest of New-Who is trash. It's not all to my taste, but it still has good to great moments, IMO, and it brought happiness to a lot of fans, and that's what matters the most to me.

You do you, nonny. In my case, 10 is the only new Doctor who leaves me cold, both in terms of his attractiveness and of Tennant's acting tics. To be fair, when he has a strong director, the tics get less annoying. And he seems to be a perfectly lovely man. But ... no, not my Doctor. At all. In the least.
