My physical therapist sent me a link to show me a technique and the next thing I knew my feed was all pseudoscience fake therapists promising their one foolproof trick to X/Y/Z. And legit PTs also pushing clickbait solutions, at the same time, it's hard to filter which ones are legit. Thankfully, websites with step-by-step photos exist.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-03 12:46 am (UTC)(link)Crabwalk laps with exercise band around my ankles + doing clamshells + bridge stretch did a lot to help with my hip and thigh strength and lower core strength. I like doing stretches between sets of bodyweight exercises so I can keep my stamina for longer.

She has tons of workouts for all types, with and without equipment, and in all workouts she gives easier options as well.
How long do you want the workouts to be? Her regular workouts are around 30 minutes, but she has a lot of quick 10 minute workouts as well, especially in her older stuff.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-03 05:16 pm (UTC)(link)I sometimes read on my phone when I do a treadmill walk, and listen to music, which stretches my workout longer when I'm getting distracted. Walking is great for weight loss and stretching (if you do an incline). You could do audiobook and once I've seen someone reading a paper book!
