I am actually a bit envious. I would like to enjoy someone's work (or looks, or charisma) so much that I would choose to see them in every random crap. But it's not something I am able to do

I'm this way sometimes, but usually more with the ones I think are just amazing actors rather than the ones I like because they are hot. Although there is some overlap (Cate Blanchett for example).

Some actors are just so good that they are a joy to watch even in otherwise bad media.

I'm one who will watch the whole movie, I don't often do the "watch certain scenes" thing, myself. But the rest of this? Yep. THat's me too :D. I just really like getting to see actors I Like in other stuff and seeing how varied their work can be. And if it leads me to discovering a new show or movie or genre I like in the process? All the better.

AAAH this is me with my beloved Cillian Murphy. I have seen ALL his movies but the batman ones (I hate batman) and Oppenheimer (I doubt I will ever see it).

Now I'm kinda like that with Jensen Ackles, but on a lesser extend (mostly because apart from SPN his filmography is kind of contained still). I began watching the boys because he was cast as soldier boy and I've seen some random episodes of tv shows I will never watch in their entirety because he's in there (big sky, tracker). I just enjoy watching him with longer hair and a beard...

I definitely do this, just not with every actor/fandom I focus on. It's a very specific type of fanning. I'm trying to think of the last person who sparked this in me and I'm coming up blank, but I know it happens now and then.

I will definitely at least give a glance to anything Lucy Lawless does, even if I don't fully watch the whole show or whatever. But if she's involved, my attention is grabbed.

I did that a little bit for Christopher Eccleston some years back after seeing him as the Ninth Doctor. I think that I still have Revengers Tragedy somewhere in my shelves and would've loved to have a copy of Death and the Compass as well.

I generally think a lot of sponsoring inserts in real life politics/true crime videos can be incredibly tone-deaf and off putting. Like, hey, let me advertise this mattress company in this video about a serial rapist!

Why are you getting mad at the resellers for that? It seems to me that the ones you should be mad at are the companies that don't place limits on how many of a given collectible item someone can buy. It's very easy for them to do that if they actually want to - I just purchased a limited edition item that was limited to 2 per household.
