Peanut butter sandwiches. I love them and I’m lazy so I eat them A LOT. I’ll eat them plain or add jelly or bananas.

My other go to is instant ramen, the little 50¢ packs. I toss out the flavor packet and instead just eat the noodles. If I’m not feeling lazy, I make the noodles in my wok, drain off the water and rinse the noodles, then splash in some sesame oil, soy sauce, crushed cashews, chopped spinach and whatever veggies I have on hand, and do it all up as a proper meal.

Protein bar.

Sometimes if I'm feeling extra I will microwave some scrambled eggs and shovel them in my body, but that is more work.

Frozen pizza or frozen meals in general. Sometimes I get the premade crusts and just throw mozzarella slices and jarred sauce on them instead, though.

I like Amy's Organic cheese enchiladas.

Cheese and salami and crackers and olives charcuterie for one.

Grilled cheese sandwich or any sandwich.

Caesar salad; all you need is romaine, dressing, parmesan and those premade croutons. I have this for lunch almost every day.

Scrambled eggs (maybe with cheese) and toast. Fried or microwave cooked egg over instant ramen. Sardines on buttered toast or rice.

Bowl of rice, fried/microwaved/soft boiled eggs on top, pepper, soy sauce. Can also add furikake, or chili crisp sauce, it's so simple but so good.

Cheese and thinly sliced onion on multigrain bread, popped in the toaster oven until crisp and melty.

2-3 eggs beaten with a generous amount of shredded cheese and lots of freshly ground black pepper, then microwaved until it puffs up.

Small plate of cheese, crackers, and olives and/or pickles.

A can of Chunky soup with a microwaved pouch of jasmine rice thrown in.
TV dinners.

For me, chips and salsa isn't dinner. I'd either get heartburn or the runs from all those spicy peppers anyway.

Ritz crackers with cheese (usually Colby jack or cheddar) and (if I have any) pepperoni slices/deli meat.
My sister introduced me to adding a Dijon mustard and mayo blend as sauce on the side, so I add that sometimes too.

Haven't eaten this in quite a while but I used to eat rice with scrambled eggs as an easy meal. Feel like this is one of the first meals most Asian parents teach their kids to make lol but yeah sometimes cooking eggs is way too much work for me
