As I spend less time online, my tolerance for anonymous assholery and even “normal” internet snark is quickly disappearing. If it would be rude to say to a stranger face-to-face, it feels rude to me. But that means active online fandom is a bad place to be and even FS is pretty grating some days. I feel simultaneously like a child and like an OAP, asking “Why can’t people just be nice and polite?”

I don't think I've ever actually finished a game that you have to "beat". I always reach a point where at best I can't progress without finding hints in a walkthrough or at worst I just can't do the thing fast enough or in the right sequence. I still enjoy playing, but I rarely get all the way to the end and when I do, there's never a sense of achievement.

Anyone found anything that works for eyelid twitching? My right one has been twitching, on both sides, for over a week now.

I see my neuro on monday. I'm not worried per say, I'm just finding it very uncomfortable and distracting. All my googling is just showing me causes/prevention, nothing about things that might actually ease it when it is happening.

Most of the people saying rude shit online are complete cowards and wouldn't dare say even half the horrible shit that they say online to someone irl.

That's probably because talking shit to someone irl has consequences ranging from being cursed out, to beocming a pariah to getting one's teeth shoved down their throat.

I like Bubsy's new modernized design in 4D. I vastly prefer it over his old design. I felt that a makeover was long overdue.
