Honestly not sure, it may be part of my mental illness? My brain is just really good at mistaking other things for hunger. Like if I'm sleepy sometimes my brain thinks I'm hungry, if I'm feeling depressed or anxious. And if I see something that looks good, my brain tells me I want it even if I don't.
