Honey

Do you like it? I hate honey but everyone I know hates it.

I don't think I've ever heard someone say they hate honey before. But I can get it. There's definitely a specific taste that I can understand not liking. And I know plenty of people who only like mild honey.

Personally, I like it quite a bit. I use it for cooking and put it in tea.

(As a kid, I could eat it on toast or straight from the spoon, but I can't do sweets like that anymore.)

I hate it, unless I'm sick and it's in camomile tea. Then it moves up to something vaguely tolerated. idek I just find it a weirdly heavy, cloying flavor and don't like it.

I don't like honey, but everyone I know loves it. I might have negative associations with it though since I remember being fed a lot of it when I was little and ill. It just tastes weirdly medicinal to me and I can't enjoy it even in chocolate or sweets.

Not as a predominant flavor. I wouldn't eat honey flavored candy or ice cream, for example. But I like it in my tea.

I don't mind it in things as an ingredient. But I don't love the taste of it on its own, and I don't ever put it on anything.

How could you not love bee barf??????

Kidding aside, gotta have my honey. I love getting it local. I could eat it by the spoonful but I typically put it in ginger tea. It's not bad on a plain baked good either, with or without grass fed butter.

I like it, but I do think molasses is (are?) gross.

I like it in herbal teas and fruit teas. Occasionally I like a piece of toast with peanut butter and honey. I've got not problem with honey generally.

I had some fireweed honey once (very pale with a delicate, mild flavor) and could've happily eaten it by the spoonful. But most honeys don't make me want to eat them that way, especially if they have a noticeable floral taste to them. I also tried buckwheat honey once (ultra dark and intense) and I found it pretty disgusting, but I'm sure even buckwheat honey has its uses.

I think it's just ok. I don't hate it or love it, but I definitely don't go out of my way to eat it.

Yeah. I like it.
On it's own it's okay, but it's the best ingredient instead of sugar

I like honey but I don't have super strong feelings about it.

What I don't like is hot honey on everything.

I like sweet and spicy but only sparingly.

I'm somewhere in the middle, I guess? I wouldn't eat a spoonful of it by itself, but I like a little bit in green/herbal teas when I'm sick.
