I am so grossed out by the stuff that's coming out about Katy Perry. I knew that she had a history of some questionable stuff, like when she forced a kiss on an American Idol contestant who had said he was wanting to save his first kiss for his first relationship, and she said gross shit about Justin Bieber when he was a teenager too.

She has now been accused of sexual assault by three people. It's so awful, like why is it SO HARD to keep your hands (and mouth, and all other body parts) to your own damn self? It doesn't matter if you're a rich beautiful celebrity, that does NOT give you the right to touch people who don't want it.

And there are all kinds of other smaller things she has done and comments she has made. UGH.

I really loved her music back in the day, but wow, I am beyond disgusted and done with her at this point. For me this is a "can't separate the art from the artist" thing and I unliked all of her shit on Spotify.

Particularly the Ruby Rose accusation is pretty damn bad so don't click on it if you're sensitive.

Honestly, even without the sexual assault allegations, I don't think very highly of her for running with fascists these last couple of years. But yes, if the Epstein files are anything to go by (no, I'm not remotely suggesting she's in them), obscene wealth and a complete disrespect for boundaries seem to go hand in hand.

Lion King definitely. Song...probably The Lion King score. I don't really reread books. For video games, Ocarina of Time! TV shows Bob's Burgers for episodes and The Haunting of Hill House for the whole show.

Re-read would probably be Ella Enchanted or Protector of the Small quartet by Tamora Pierce. Just because I read them the earliest so have had more time to re read them, but I'm an avid re-reader of books I love.

Movie would probably be something like The Neverending Story or certain holiday movies we watch nearly every year.

Movie: Branagh's Henry V. It helped me get through a difficult divorce by reminding me that sometimes the weaker party wins and you should never give up.
Song: dunno. Possibly something by Hugh Masekela or the African Jazz Pioneers.
Music: Sibelius' Karelia Suite. That and the songs have such a vivid evocation of place.
Book: Lord of the Rings.
Other media: Probably Juliet Stephenson's reading of Pride and Prejudice. It's really really good without the narration getting too dramatic or shrill (even when the situation calls for it, lol.) It's good to fall asleep to.

Either LOTR trilogy or Star Wars OT. Probably Star Wars edges out just because I saw them first at a younger age.

Genuinely not sure what song I've listened to the most. Maybe something from the Lion King soundtrack.

Book I've reread the most would be something from the Star Wars EU.

Please don't do your banking while driving. Yes, it's dangerous that your bank is verifying you via text code while you're driving. And yes, it's dangerous that your bank is asking you to log into your online banking while you're driving. But the reason your bank is doing those things is because you called and asked them for help getting into your online banking while you were driving.
