Honestly, the level of sheer ignorance required to think that women can "hold it in" is simply depressing. Like you said, do they genuinely think that we're deliberately releasing blood like you release pee, and we could choose to do it only on the toilet?? Man, if only! That would be great! How did they miss the basics in health/science class?
