I've watched a LOT of baking shows, and have seen a lot of trends - deconstructed desserts, spicy desserts, herbal desserts...but the "alcohol in my dessert" trend is the least appetizing to me, but I generally dislike the taste of alcohol.

I dislike it because unless the alcohol is baked in it really well, there will still be some left and I have a bad reaction to alcohol. Finding surprise alcohol in a dessert and knowing I'm going to get a migraine is annoying.
