The thing about JK Rowling's transphobia which has horrified me is that it has completely overshadowed her disgusting antisemitism. In fact if I were consiprationally minded, I might even suspect all her OTT performative transphobia was a front she puts up to hide whenever her antisemitism starts to get commented on. Occam's (Lady) Razor suggests she is just a nasty bigot with multiple hatreds though.

I once wrote a story which was partly set here (pirates!) but didn't recognise the island group. But one isn't really a part of this country, and I made up my own island to have most of the action on. A really interesting place all round.

... but you wouldn't mind if someone else made them for you! As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and while I'm definitely not the world's greatest expert at secret design, I'll try my best. Please note that long comment secrets can be difficult to make with a good end result. Most of the time, I'll give it a shot but might not be able to make secrets where the text is so lengthy that I can't fit it into the limited space.

I'm trying something new with the comment secret thread and extending the deadline to comment until Monday's post goes up. I'll monitor this thread until then, and hope the extra day will be more helpful for everyone.

I love Supernatural and Buffy, but I'd forgotten just how depressing their worlds actually are. I'm in a bad place with my depression, and I tried to rewatch both recently and found myself thinking how awful it must be to live in either world.
