If you were actually interested in converting to Judaism, I'd congratulate you.

When I was little my mom used to make this hybrid thingy of matzoh and scrambled eggs during passover. It was SO. DELICIOUS.

You just sent me on a search to discover if Nutella is kosher for Passover. Dang, that would have been awesome.

(For the record, butter is my preferred food to make matzah less bearable. I can survive on buttered matzah the whole time if I have to. :B)

And I love the Passover seder! In my opinion, Passover has the best food of all the Jewish holidays~ But then again, I'm reform so our seder doesn't last too long, and I don't observe much of the dietary restrictions of the holiday.

But I love matzoh so much. If only it weren't so messy to eat.

I'm not Jewish, but my family gets invited to Seders a lot, and I love plain matzoh so much. (I do put horseradish on it sometimes, though.)

Turn it into Matzoh toffee (boil together 1C brown sugar and 1C butter 5 min. Put a layer of matzoh in a jelly-roll pan that has been lined with foil. Pour butter/sugar mix over and bake 10 min at 350. Sprinkle chocolate chips over, wait 10 min till they melt and spread. Cool. Break into pieces. Enjoy)
