Just came here to say that Ziva's "Hebrew" is unbelievably terrible. Also, getting an Israeli actress to play an Israeli woman would have been nice, NCIS. But I digress.

OP, go to your nearest Chabad house and celebrate the coming Passover with them (from my experience, they are very welcoming of goyim who would like to join the celebration); that should turn you off Judaism for life :D

You're going to get some negative comments for this, but speaking as someone who knows and has tutored a lot of conversion students, people first become attracted to Judaism for some very bizzare reasons.

Personally, I think it is because a convert to Judaism is born with a Jewish soul already. What happens when someone becomes interested in Judaism is that their soul recognises home somehow (through meeting a Jewish person, or finding out about Jewish ancestry, or going to a Jewish wedding, or walking into a synagogue out of boredom, or even just watching something about Jews on TV) and longs for it.

But - word of warning - if you are actually interested in conversion, you have a very hard time in front of you. You will be turned down several times by Rabbis, have to study for years, and at the end of it all there's no guarantee you'll be converted.

Okay, well... there's Jewish culture, which you seem to be very vaguely aware of, and there's the Jewish religion, which you admit you know hardly anything about. If you look into Judaism and find that you really are down with its teachings and beliefs, then you can try converting.

But, look: if you aren't either culturally/ethnically Jewish, or someone who has converted/is considering converting to Judaism... you can't really do the whole Hanukkah/Star of David thing. Religious observances aren't something for you to go through the motions of because you think they're cool.

as a not-very-observant jew, i find this extremely weird, but hey, why the hell not. you should know, though, that Judaism discourages conversion in general unless you are really totally super-serious about your choice, and that traditionally the rabbi is supposed to discourage you and turn you away the first few times to make absolutely sure you're not just doing it on a whim.

also, if you don't already live in a predominantly jewish neighborhood, or at least near a place that has a jewish community, you will start feeling pretty alienated once people find out you're converting from whatever the accepted religion is where you live.
