I understand how you feel, OP. The songs are undoubtedly creative and gorgeous, but the games are... yeah. I actually do go on Youtube to read the lyrics while listening

If you really think you could hate an actress because of a role she played, then it's probably best you don't. That's really pretty messed up.

To be fair, Tonks is the one that is less attractive between these two and I dislike that pairing because it didn't make sense to me. I had shipped Hermione/Lupin so hard since POA and was convinced Hermione was in love with him until the latter half of HBP............

I used to love that series. I LOVED IT. My high school self was all over it to a dangerous degree.

7 - NGL, the library ghost gives me the biggest "eek!" moment in the whole movie, and Large Marge is freaktastic.

23 - O HAI THERE YOUNG!SHATNER. I preferentially sit over the wing so I can see that the flaps are working, but on the few occasions I've flown at night, I admit this has crossed my mind.

25 - Creepy Photoshop is creepy. And Lupin's not supposed to be that handsome, but then again, I suppose Snape isn't either.

36 - Isn't it fun how Sentinel is such a crackish-crossover-ly series even now? I gotta go back and rewatch it one of these years.

39 - I am still miffed that one story I wrote several years ago gets fewer hits than anything else of that length and type I've ever written, just because I have an OFC who has a past relationship with one of the canon characters (who is a known womanizer) appear in like three scenes. At least no one's accused her of being a Mary Sue yet.

pretty sure X got canned because ASUKA didn't think the progressively dark and violent storyline was shoujo anymore. at least the anime had an ending (though it's a shame we'll never get to see if Subaru really did become the sakurazukamori).

I used to love reading that stuff when I first got into fandom as a kid (up until I noticed that most of those OC fantasies felt pretty much all the same), so I wouldn't say there's no market for it... just not as much as the authors probably think.

Just as long as you don't describe their stunning emerald eyes and long raven locks and smooth alabaster skin and their Hot Topic outfit and their sharp wit and how they're just a little bit better / braver / smarter / taller / sexier / richer / luckier than everyone and and and and...

But you probably do, so.

25- YES THANK YOU. I read all the HP books, but was never really involved in the fandom/shipping (read: I'm not a bitter Remus/Sirius fan), but I remember being SO ANNOYED by Tonks' character in OOTP. From the first introduction of 'She can change her hair color at will :D' I couldn't see her as anything other than a Mary Sue. Like, if she was a fanfic character, the author would be bashed mercilessly.

This used to be the old commenting format until about a year ago (I think?). You wouldn't believe how many complaints there were about the new format, which is much more awesome!

YOU SHOULD PROBABLY ALSO MENTION THERE'S A PART THAT IS LIKE A ZOMBIE INFESTATION BUT INSTEAD OF ZOMBIES ITS DINOSAURS AND IF YOU GET BIT YOU TURN INTO A DINOSAUR

I always read both Tonks and Lupin as gay, and the fact that tended up together was kind of a slap in the face.

I have never actually seen the movies.

I think I remember seeing something to the effect of the writers/artists HAD an ending and the publisher refused to publish it because of the gore and people continuously dying thing. Ah well. I would have liked to have seen the end.

I will blame Rowling until the day I die for validating all the super special shapeshifting Mary Sue witch transfer students. I may plan to haunt her after I'm gone, in fact.

Frontier is my second favorite, and I can't deny that it is all because of Kouichi and the twin dynamic in the last third ♥
