You know what, OP? People don't owe you anything for reading your fanfiction. You write fanfiction because it's something you love to do, right? Great, that's all that should matter. I feel like people who bitch about the fact that people don't always leave them reviews are basically the same as someone offering you a free service and then getting mad and judgmental when you don't pay them for it. I mean, I get it, reviews are a pretty easy thing to give. But would you rather have a bunch of reviews that simply say "thanks", or a few, well thought out, helpful reviews? Quality over quantity I always say, and if you're writing for the attention and not just the love of creating a fanwork, then you need to get your priorities straight.
