If you're alright with heading to the drug store, pick up a syringe and maybe an ear wax softener if you like. imo, just warm water will be all you need, but the softener is there if you feel you would rather leave it in to melt/soften anything especially hard in there beforehand (50/50 hydrogen peroxide also works)

You'll need quite a lot of warm water, so you may want to grab a cup or basin. Fill the syringe, tilt your ear down towards a sink or other basin thing, and flush your ear. Use as much pressure for a decent jet of water. Keep doing this until you think most of the wax has fallen out, or you can noticeably hear.
