-shrugs- Personally? I've always taken it kinda like how most people will make comments about ow 'cute' a couple two people will make. Not something that's Uber!serious, and they know that their ship [unless it's like...a couple who is actually together in rl] probably isn't real. [Or that they view the people the same way they do characters /shrugs]

Still, timhatters do, I'll admit, kinda freak me out.

I like RPF, but even I think there's a difference between thinking people would make a cute couple and writing stories about them, especially when the stories get....well, graphic.

Also, agree with you about tinhatters. I think if anyone ruins the concept of RPF, it's them.
