A lot of fans in Avatar fandom are stupid, OP. They say things on a simplistically stupid level. Though I have to say, I kind of raised my brow when Pema said "I couldn't stand to see him keep going out with the wrong girl" when I think it would've sounded less entitled if she said "another girl" but when you get in love, you can get possessive like that. Its mainly because the girls in this fandom put themselves in the role of characters like Korra and Tolin and feel like they are personally NTR'd when Mako starts to take a liking to Asami and the like. Also, Tolin and Tenzin have a great chemistry, which doesn't help the situation at all.
