I think RPF it's about "characters" we form with the information we have about the actors but I think we could never write them well because we see only what they want the public to see. we don't know the real person we just know the basic things just like in any character in movies, books, etc. we take characteristics, appearance, facial expressions, etc to create the characters we ship. it's creepy because the actors are real people who have opinions not just characters from movies, etc. what would you do if someone wrote about you? took the visible things that define you and started stories that you think would never happen, AUs or wrote porn or kinky porn about you and your best friend, *insert any person, relative, who/whatever* a bunch of people you don't know jack about, getting off(or whatever) on you a bit creepy innit? same with fanart, etc is still their faces and there are people that honestly believes it's real (some of the things in fanfics) they are deluded. I'm so hypocrite because I love RPF and fanart, etc I love rp and sometimes believe in the "love" of some of my ships (but I blame tumblr for that, whatever you do, if you haven't gone yet to tumblr believe me you don't want to go it's for your own good that shit is addictive) if someone wrote about you I bet you wouldn't like it just like I wouldn't like it but as long as it's not me or you we are okay right? well...
