Ugh, the idea that Mako and Tenzin are delicate little butterflies that need to be protected from the idea that another girl likes them lest she rip them from their true love's arms is gross. Normal, adult people discuss their feelings and deal with them. If I thought my husband was so easily swayed by a profession of love from someone else, I'd pack for him; he's not my property nor do I want him in my life if it's not where he really wants to be.
