Yeah, same dude, and he was and still is in canon a horrifically abusive asshole. For me it's very close, but Snape's Worst Memory is my favorite. Not because of Snape or the marauders or Lily, but I find the concept of being able to see your parents when they were young incredibly fascinating. I also always liked that we were getting Harry's perceptive on the whole scene, and the ending of the chapter when you find out how much he cares about what his parents did even though he doesn't really remember them and hates Snape. I was never against CAPSLOCK!Harry (probably because I went through a very Capslocky phase myself) but was nice to be reminded of how good he is at heart that watching someone he hated being tortured brought out nothing but pity and sympathy.

I think the thing in question is the sex. I know if my monogamous committed SO decided she'd rather roleplay sex with someone who wasn't me, I don't know if I could trust her anymore, even if it was "innocuous" because I take commitment very seriously. I would consider it emotional cheating.

But that's just my way of seeing things. OP, your girl might have not thought it was important because she doesn't see RPing with a trusted friend as emotional cheating.

There's a talk I think you guys need to have on where you stand on the sex thing. You may not find that you're compatible there. In which case? Good riddance and on to someone who respects you.

So I wondered if everybody has seen by now the nifty fan video going around that features a whole bunch of fandoms across 50 years, set to "We Didn't Start the Fire." I don't know Fiercynn or Scribe, but this looks like a lot of work, and they even created a table (linked in that post) detailing their work and referenced fandoms. I'm not a fanvid watcher, and I even enjoyed it - check it out.
