No, the fandom would have a fucking field day if it was, trust me, it would be on F!S, you would KNOW.

The only things that are confirmed (in interviews) for Series three are:
-They are starting to film it in January.
-Gatiss is writing the adaptation for the first episode and it will be based on the story "The Empty House."
-Moriarty is definitely dead.
-The three words corresponding to each episode are "Rat, Wedding, Bow"

I feel grateful to have come across a lot of fic that treats her well, even when it's ultimately John/Sherlock. She and John will just realize they aren't right for each other or that he loves Sherlock more or something and they will amicably (although not usually happily) break up. It just goes to show that no one needs to be made a villain or crazypants in order to extract one pairing from a triangle.
