Sleeping for twenty four hours isn't normal. Coupled with your no energy for three months, there are alarm bells ringing in my head.

Please see a doctor and get bloodwork done? Please? It might be as simple as a vitamin deficiency or it might be something much worse. Please get it checked out?

It was actually the 24-hour nap that convinced me that maybe my friend is right.

I'll schedule an appointment for my next day off.

I mean, I've done that a few times in my life, but they were usually coupled with 30+ hours of awake time so I thought it was just my internal clock is messed up and trying to make up for lost sleep time.

It's not as extreme now, but my internal clock still wants about 36 hours in a day. 12 to sleep and 24 to stay awake.

Well I'm no doctor so I don't know how bad it is. If you were awake for 30+ hours and crashed then yeah, that explains sleeping for 24 hours. It isn't normal because people don't usually stay awake for 30+ hours. And if your internal clock wants 24up/12down, I can't tell you if it's good or bad.

But no energy+feeling unwell+sleeping 24 hours is what's making me worried. Not "I have a weird internal clock and I want to sleep for 24 hours after being awake for more than a day" but "I want sleep for 24 hours and I don't feel like doing anything else but sleep."

See the difference?
