Anon is right about the usage and meaning of the words in England. You're the only ignorant one here, Canadian.

They're still speaking English in England. The connotation of 'cunt' = 'vagina' is still there even in England. Therefore, when used in a non-reclamatory or purely-anatomical-descriptor way, it's still a sexist slur.
